Will the American people ever know the truth about the Benghazi American Consulate, Libya and the death of four Americans? The Answer to that question is definitely NO. Why? Because the United States Security Classification of the Incident is so high that the truth will be hidden from the populous for years to come. President Obama and the Secretary of State Clinton have made sure that the News Media has let this American Crisis leave the front pages and therefore has died by itself.
Below is my theory of what happened in Benghazi, Libya. My theory is based on my experience while serving with the U.S. Army Security Agency [now Defense Intelligence Agency] and the National Security Agency for over thirteen years during the Cold War.
Let’s set the stage for this Crisis:
First, let us look at Tripoli, Libya. Dictator Quaddafy has been in power over thirty years. The general Libyan public is at rest in the country. There is an American Central Intelligence Agency compound in Benghazi, Libya collecting intelligence on the rebel factions in Eastern Libya. President Obama wants the Dictator Quaddafy out of power. This being part of President Obama’s Foreign Policy for Libya and North Africa. Quaddafy escapes to his native village in Southern Libya and lives his life as a Bedouin tribesman. This gives the United States the opportunity that is required to move politically in to Libya and support the new Government. A secret meeting is held in the White House to discuss the overthrow of Quaddafy. Out of this meeting comes action to be taken by the Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton. Khadafy flees Tripoli for his home in South Libya and lives with this Bedouin tribesmen. President Obama now has his opportunity to implement his Foreign Policy for Libya. The Secretary of State now had an Embassy in Tripoli and agrees with the shift of Foreign Policy in North Africa. Thus, the decision in Washington is to open a Consulate in Benghazi close to the CIA Compound.
Washington makes an announcement in the media and on radio and television that the United States State Department will open a new U.S. Consulate in Eastern Libya, in the town of Benghazi. President Obama show his support to the North African people fighting rebels and terrorist in that region. The President authorizes the U.S. Navy to take up positons in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Benghazi, Libya.
Next, I will address the establishment of a U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. What is the mission? What is the purpose? Under the guise of the United States Department of State, a plan is put into effect. The United States Department of State promotes a diplomat knowledgeable of the region to Ambassador. Who will accompany the ambassador to his new assignment? The decision, an A-Team to use the Benghazi Consulate as either a store front or a safe house. Most likely a safe house close to the CIA Compound. The A-Team consists of the Ambassador, two Navy Seals, and a CIA communicator. Oops, sorry I slipped a possible highly classified material. Washington made its first mistake that will doom the Benghazi Consulate. A normal U.S. Consulate usually has a staff to process visas, and also U.S. Marine guards. Where are these personnel? There are no one supporting the Consulate.
The A-Team takes up residence in the Consulate and commences their mission to contact the Rebel Commanders in the Benghazi area. The president supports the regime in Tripoli and the A-team is trying to contact the Rebels. Very interesting situation and for what reason? After playing the game of hide and seek with the rebels, the A-Team is successful. There is an agreement between the A-Team and the Rebel leaders to meet for an evening at the U.S, Consulate. NOTE this is the custom of that Libyan culture to discuss business over a late evening meal. Talks between the two groups were going fine and then something happened that gunfire opened up. Eventually, the Consulate was burned. Note there was no U.S. backup covering the meeting. In Washington, the news is a demonstration at the Consulate over a movie film.
It was stated that the U.S. Navy asked to send in troops and the President told the Navy to step down. Of course, he denied this and said the cause was the movie that did not meet the culture of the Country causing all the trouble and destroying the U.S. Consulate. The United States Representative to the United Nations repeated the lies in a United Nations Meeting and also told her story on the media therefore, supporting the President’s opinion. Oops number 2. Why is the President lying as a cover up to the Benghazi Incident? Another report state that all four Americans were killed. However, there are reports that the Ambassador escaped the Consulate and got to the CIA Compound. Who killed the Ambassador, the Rebels or the CIA? Comments that the CIA Compound was told to stand down on several occasions rather than try to rescue the A-Team. Oops number 3. Remember an A-Teams mission is to search, collect intelligence and destroy the enemy if the team is under fire. Also, never leave an American behind should have been the mission support team’s objective. All of this led to the demise of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. What was the original purpose?
Finally, Questions that the United States people need answers to are many. Because of the heavy Security Level Classification placed on the Benghazi Incident, the American people will never know the truth. Who is responsible for the four Americans that were killed in Benghazi? Overall responsibility rest with the Commander in Chief Obama. He ultimately made the decision and authorized the Secretary of State to open the Benghazi Consulate. I also hold the Secretary of State Clinton responsible, as she could have exercise her authority and opposed the Presidential Order and refused to open Benghazi Consulate as being too risky.
Let us remember those four American men and what their mission was. They completed their mission and was successful in coordinating a meeting with the Rebels. Was is to sell guns and ammunition to the Rebels, so that the Rebels could fight the Terrorist in the North Africa Region? Who knows now that they are all deceased? Remember, they completed their mission and should be honored for what they went through to accomplish the mission, in spite of some bad decision making by the United States Government.
